Rare large French jet black opaline vase made around 1870. It's handpainted enamels depicting flowers and butterfly. Good condition bubble in the opaline paste and a small chip inside the edge not visible in front as you can see on the last picture below.

Vase en opaline noire couleur jais vers 1870. Il est émaillé à chaud de fleurs et papillon. Il est réhaussé d'or sur sa bordure crénelée. Bon état quelques bulles et un défaut de cuisson, un chip a l'intérieur non visible. Hauteur 30 cm, diamétre 9.5 cm.
