Bayard Modernist Rotating Alarm Clock Gilt Brass Rosewood

French modernist rotating alarm clock in rosewood and gilt brass made by Bayard , beginning of the 20th century. Not in perfect condition, the winding ressort is broken, a stain in the middle of the dial and small chip on the rosewood base on the back as presented on the following pictures. 4 3/8" height, 4 3/4" width, 2" depth.
