French oil lamp with silver plate cherub on marble base holding scalloped and engraved copper and brass bowl with Will & Wessel KOSMOS burner made during the 1865's. 19 1/2" (49.5cm) total height with chimney, 11" (28cm) base height, 3 1/4" (8.3cm) by side to the base, weight 2lbs 8oz (1.159 kilograms). Good condition, it leans slightly backwards as shown by the following pictures.

Lampe à pétrole, un amour en bronze agrenté supportant une torchère en cuivre et laiton , bruleur Wild & Wessel, vers 1865. La molette du bruleur est signé W & W Kosmos. Hauteur totale 49.5 cm, hauteur de la lampe 28 cm, pour le pied 8.3 cm par côté. Bel état, le réservoir est légèrement incliné vers l'arrière.
