Elle se compose: 11 fourchettes (20.2cm) 12 cuillères (20.2cm), 12 couteaux table (24cm), 10 cuillers dessert (13.6cm), 12 couteaux fromages (20.5cm), 12 fourchettes huitres (12.7cm), 12 fourchettes gateaux (13.5cm), 12 fourchettes (17.2cm) et couteaux à poisson (20.2cm); pour le service: 1 couteau (26.5cm)et une fourche (25cm) pour les viandes, 1 cuillere et fourchette pour la salade (25.5cm), 1 pelle à tarte/gâteaux(24.5cm), 1 pelle (27.5cm) et une fourche (22.2cm) à poisson, 4 pièces (14cm) pour le service des petits fours.
