Antique french carved mother of pearl purse with 3 compartements inside including a central compartiment with lock, made during the 1860's Napoleon III period. It opens and closes properly. 2 3/8" (6cm) length, 1 7/8" (4.8cm) width. Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
