Italian Majolica Trompe L Oeil Basket Fruit Snail Faenza 17th C

Antique basket of fruit with a snail, figs, graps, lemons, mushroom in Faenza majolica made during the 17th century. 8 1/4" (21cm) height, 11 3/4" (30cm) diameter, weight 11lb 15.53oz (5,430 kilograms). Good condition, burning flaws, afew small damage to the end of the leaves, the snail lost an antenna as shown by the following pictures.

Défauts de cuisson et petits accidents aux bouts des feuilles, manque une fleur et l'escargot a perdu une antenne, Bel état général. Hauteur 21 cm, diamètre 30 cm, poids 5,430 Kg.
