French hand painted faience  bagpipe shaped wall pocket vase showing a little breton made by HR in Quimper during the 1900's. It's signed in front. 4 1/2" (11.5cm) height, 3 1/8" (8cm) width, 1" (2.5cm) depth. Perfect condition.
